Customer Obligations
The General Conditions of Sale shall be verified by the Customers “on-line” before confirming the purchase. The submission of the confirmation of the order implies full knowledge of these Conditions and the total acceptance.
The Customer agrees, once the purchase process online, to print and save these Terms and Conditions of Sale, already read and accepted during the purchase procedure performed.
It is absolutely forbidden to the customer inserting false data, and / or invented, and / or fantasy, in the registration process, necessary to activate him with the procedure for the execution of this contract and the subsequent communications; personal data and e-mail address must be the only real data, not of third, I fancy.
It is also prohibited to make double entries corresponding to a single company / consumer or insert data to third parties. FERCAS Srl reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse, interest and for the protection of all consumers.
Right of withdrawal
The customer, if it qualifies as “consumer” or natural person acting for purposes not related to their professional activity, and referring to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of goods, AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE by returning the purchased material, UNOPENED and complete documentation of the original asset and the tax documentation received with the same good. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Making an order
All product prices are VAT included.

The transport costs are borne by the customer, are calculated based on the weight of the goods purchased and will be displayed at the time of purchase.
For any payment in CASH will apply the fee that the courier applies to the management of this type of payment.
Only when FERCAS Srl confirms the shipment of the goods the order can be considered validated. The advance payment provision does not imply a confirmation of acceptance of the order, it may be rejected by the house and refunded minus bank fees of return.
Please note that the ordered goods shall in no case be refused, penalty will be charged for shipping charges to return. FRCAS Srl, if the customer fails within 15 days to compensation for transport costs (notified via e-mail) will begin legal proceedings against the customer. Warranty
All products are covered by the warranty of the Manufacturer, accordance with the procedures established by the latter. This warranty is limited to the object sold, excluding any other service as well as any compensation or.

Anyhow, the relevant regulations and rules for the application of the guarantee are those indicated by the manufacturer and highlighted. The customer decides to buy the material at our. Site, agrees with the same purchase, fully, the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty, which can be independent from the will of FERCAS Srl.
The guarantee is not applicable in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, of purchased is connected to electrical installations or any other type of connection is not in accordance. The decision on the applicability of the manufacturer's warranty is final.
Returns
Returns will be accepted in the following cases:
1. Ns. error in shipment or delivery;
2. Special agreements with the customer;
In the following cases the goods must be delivered ex warehouse FERCAS Srl. The material is transported at the risk of the buyer even if shipped prepaid. Any complaints can only be accepted if notified by letter, fax or e-mail within eight days from the date of receipt of the material; after this period may void any warranty claim.

Reimbursement
FERCAS Srl will re-credit on the cost of goods shipped by 30 days after the shipment of the goods by the customer, but not before the receipt of goods. The rebate will be paid by Bank Transfer. The costs of returning the goods to the sender are charged to the customer.
NOTA BENE: From the moment the customer opens the packaging, FERCAS Ltd disclaims all liability. All products (original casing, accessories, instruction manuals and originally contained) sent back by the customer, will be verified by our. charge.
For any dispute, the competent Court of Belluno.
